  • Full Spine Adjusting

These combined with other effective modalities such as Graston/IASTM, Dry Needling, Rock/Sports taping, Cupping, and PNF stretching specific to each condition are employed to help patients return to their daily activities and active lifestyles. (See below)

Graston

The Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy that helps identify and break down scar tissue, adhesions, and tight muscle fibers. Using specialized stainless steel tools, Dr. Tyler applies gentle pressure to improve mobility, reduce pain, and accelerate healing. This method is especially effective for chronic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery.

Dry Needling

Dry needling targets tight muscle bands, known as trigger points, to relieve tension, decrease pain, and improve movement. By inserting fine, sterile needles into specific areas, this therapy helps release muscle knots, increase blood flow, and promote natural healing. It’s an excellent option for athletes and anyone dealing with muscle tightness or repetitive strain.

Rock/Sports Taping

Rock and sports taping provide support and stability to muscles and joints without limiting movement. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance performance, this therapeutic taping technique can reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help prevent re-injury. It’s a go-to option for active individuals and athletes of all levels.

PNF Stretching

PNF stretching is a targeted flexibility technique that combines stretching and muscle activation to increase range of motion and strength. Under Dr. Tyler’s guidance, patients engage and relax muscles in a controlled sequence, helping improve flexibility, coordination, and overall performance. It’s ideal for both athletic recovery and everyday mobility improvement.

Cupping

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, promoting increased blood flow and muscle relaxation. This time-tested method helps release deep muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery from physical stress or injury. Cupping is a great complement to chiropractic adjustments for holistic, full-body wellness.
